Leadership Appreciation Step 1: Problem-Solving Game (2.5 hours)

• An interactive online exercise exploring how you approach decision making in unfamiliar and complex situations.
• Engaging but cognitively demanding, so choose a time when you operate at your best.
• Normally takes around 1.5 hours but there is no time limit, so we suggest setting aside 2.5 hours of distraction-free time.
• You will need the following basic setup: 
  • A computer (not tablet, not phone)
  • Reliable Internet access
  • Zoom  
  • Ability to make video calls with screen sharing outside the corporate network (if using a work computer please check with IT)
  • Google Chrome
  • Screen resolution at least 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 720
  • External mouse
  • Web camera
  • Optional: headphones (if the room may get noisy during your session).
